Hey Cory!! Long time no see. We ran into each other at Jeff and Lucy’s house. I am Jessica’s (Dixie’s) mom. That was when we were out doing the fire closures on the PCT back in 2019. You are looking great, definitely have come a long way. I’m very proud of you, keep up the good work!!

Looking very good, King! And what a beautiful setting. Nice work on both climbing as high as you went and on making wise decisions to know your own limits and respect them. I bet those leave the camera, record the walk away, and then have to climb back up to it were extra hard work on this one. Always appreciate the work you put into it. Please take an EPERB when you go to the Arctic Circle!!!

This seems like an amazing coincidence to me. Tonight I’m watching a documentary called “Finding Joe”, about the life of Joseph Campbell. I’ve always been curious about him but I’ve never stopped to read anything of his. I learned a lot about the hero’s journey, which is simply a process of separation, initiation, and return. All the great stories, myths, movies, etc. are based on this in one way or another. And it got me thinking about you and what you are doing, which I so admire. The search of the grail came up a lot as well in the documentary. I really recommend you watch this one Cory! Thanks for the inspiration!

Awesome views Cory, and you climbed these mountains trails to get them. You are doing so great❣️amazing❣️I’m glad you know where the limit to your pay grade is. If you’ve done your best, that’s the main challenge. Getting hurt will sideline you from your dreams. Most people will never do all the things you’ve done and shared. And because you are using your head, along with taking care of your body, we get to see places, we’ll likely never get to see. Thanks for all you do❣️God bless you❣️😎❤️

I love this video, its important to try thigns but okayt ot urn back if its too much! A few years ago i was hiking in newfoundland in the tablelands. The story is a little stupider than this but to keep it short i slipped on a snowy slope and and ended sliding ~100 meters, crashing into rocks and tumbling down a rocky slope. I've had terrible fear of slopes after that but i do my best to challenge myself every time. I'm debating trying this hike when we go back this year.
