I’m on day 4 of my juice fast I feel amazing all of the issues that have been with me for years have subsided completely I’m truly blown away and il never go back to eating meat.. cheers to good health king

Im transitioning to a fruitarian diet and I completely agree with you when you say your body will start to naturally reject the foods you used to eat, thats when it starts getting real lol. Thank you for this video!

Sounds similar to me. Not 100 percent fruitarian as of yet. But eating mostly fruit. A few cooked foods. Vegan. Had some cooked beans today which I haven't had in a long while, and feels like my body is asking, "What is that?". I hear you in that your body starts to tell you what it wants and doesn't want. Like you, I get more into certain fruits than others, now it's mangos, watermelon and bananas. I think mangos r the best food on the planet, when you get that perfectly ripe one, it's the best. 🥭🥭🥭🥭

I’m on the path to becoming a fruitarian, as I know it’s the optimal diet and as I’ve said on my page and in all my videos, I’m 80-85% fruitarian. As for protein, all fruits and lettuce are full of amino acids which are the building blocks of protein and all u need. Protein has to be broken down to amino acids anyway.. getting the amino acids is more energy efficient. Excessive amounts of protein do nothing but harm to the body.

No.. i don’t worry about sicknesses. I focus on getting my body in balance. Symptoms are just expressions of an unbalanced body in dis-ease. Get as close to the natural diet as possible and watch the symptoms disappear

@@missmadelinesadventures3278 My protein intake is about 10% of my diet. Fruits and greens have all the amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein, needed to build muscle. Muscle is built by strength training, not eating massive amounts of protein.. look at nature, gorillas and horses for example.. protein in its full form has to be broken down into amino acids which in excess causes a massive burden on the body, not too mention over acidity.

Fruit is a simple sugar, fructose, not much if any insulin needed. Our cells need carbs.. and the amount of fat needed is minimal, less than 10% of your diet.

Watermelon sugar is amazing for you.. all fruit sugar is amazing for you.. watermelons are the most energy efficient food on the planet. High electric food with little burden during digestion, just eats melons alone, not combined with other fruits or foods.
