I have noticed that many of your daily "Daily-ates" have a time limit of 21 minutes. If this has already been asked, my apologies, but could you touch on that? Very inspiring and Thank You!

Kevin, one thing I'm grateful for is the fact that you don't confine your trainings/coaching to 'the box.' I have a special appreciation for this type of video, because what you highlight is vitally important to our growth and development, yet is so often overlooked by business coaches. I'm amazed at how easily you form new habits (or rather, how easy you make it seem. I know there's a whole lot of commitment under the hood). I can't believe the level of energy you have! No coffee!? Also, does this mean no more videos of your dog drinking coffee? :) Anyways, what I really wanted to say is thanks. I've watched a lot of your videos along the way, and your own personal growth is evident, as is your commitment to changing lives. Keep it up!

I know you posted this 3 years ago, but I am hoping you will see my comments and answer it., Regarding Educate Yourself: 1. I assume you are reading personal growth and motivational book, right? or your weekly reading refers to recreational books as well?....2. Why are you dedicating 21 min? why not 25,30? what does the 1 extra minute does for you?

Yeah problem with that is just to go over your time frame it takes more than 1 hour to do all that then if you exercise 1 hour that takes 2 hours, everyday when do you wake up at 4am :) on affirmations they don't work for me, my friend added a twist he does affirmations and uses a software called AutoRap to record affirmations and the program creates it, tried that after 6 months of listening still does not work the way I want it. The issue I want to solve is to get consistent motivation, I get it in spurts and lately none, quite frustrating..... Thoughts?

i love your videos, but this one sounds really stressful to me. 100 goals is very unsettling and new to me. i have always been told by the media that we should set just 6-8 goals in order for them to be realistic.
@ebizmiamiinc.5119
5 жыл бұрын
abomeh He’s not saying everybody should set 100 goals, he’s saying he’s doing it for himself. And he didn’t get to that over night, he’s been working on it for 3 years. Also, “goals” don’t have to mean extraordinary things, just things you want done to better your life, or at a minimum, to keep it from getting worse. You’re feeling stressed because your brain compares where you are right now to where Kevin is. Stay away from that. Focus on your life, and what’s positive in it, not on his. Rome was not built in a day. Build on your own goals, and work to take your life where you want it to be, not where you see that another one’s life is. If you take anything from this talk, let that be that you can create minimums. Minimum of things every day that you yourself can do, and just do those minimums, but do them every single day. They will gather up to something great over time, but it’s only you who knows what those minimums should be for yourself

First, why are your daily 9's called ates (8's)? Silly.Second, be careful folks with drinking too much water at one time. 128 oz (16 cups) all at once can KILL you. It throws off your electrolyte balance. And he's advising 1.25 gallons here. Spread that OUT over ALL day.
