I've been watching your videos since I was thirteen, I'm 17 now. Watching the progress of your city amazes me, all the time and money spent on your passion. Seeing this gets me a little emotional as funny as that sounds, but it's honestly my dream. Now that I'm getting older I don't have time or the money to spend on getting my own sets or the materials for doing my own mocs, so watching you achieve something so great is extremely satisfying. I haven't outgrown Lego, I still have the passion, but I can't find the time to do so. Thank you for sharing your creations, I hope to maybe one day see you a a Lego convention or something to I can share my ideas with such a thoughtful creator 😂 But seriously, thank you so much.

Every time I think I'm going to go back to the dark ages, or just simply sell it all and find a new hobby, I come to your channel. Then I'm reminded that I'll never grow out of LEGO (like you asked) I'm also always inspired to just sit down and build stuff. Even if I don't keep it, even if I build and then tear down to be put back into sorting trays, at least it's still enjoyable to me. Thanks again Alex for a fantastic video.

Love this video Alex. I recently got my 3rd favorite modular of all time for my city the palace cinima and I love it even though the box is a little dinged up I plan to build it in august for my yearly modular. My only other 2 modulars built are the perisan resturant and detectives office which are myvother 2 all time favorites and I plan to put them in a corner of my city where you can see all 3. I also have the diner I plan to build that as next years modular addition to finish off part of my city so you get the nice city square that leads to the amusement park which I call amusement mile as a dedication to lego batman 2 DC superheros lego video game from 2012 which is still a favorite video game of mine.

So you have 3 cafe corners? 😱 How much do you think that the unboxed CC can increase in value? I feel as if it would be more profitable to sell it soon-ish and buy more investment sets for that money. Some sets will give you atleast a 60-70% profit margin in 3-4 years, I doubt the CC will increase 60% in value in 4 years. 😊
@alexnunes
4 жыл бұрын
I have two. There always seems to be a peak with these sets and I think Cafe Corner hit that peak years ago. There's only so much money someone is willing to pay. I don't see it going down in value either so if you have one, but want to hold on to it, there is minimal risk in doing so. The modular buildings will almost always hit at least a 50% profit margin. They are great all around sets
