Hello Shanthi mam, I really really admire your way of presenting and explaining things confidently... My thoughts coincides with you in many ways...First time commenting for a you tube channel... Contents are also really good.. Exercise tips superb... I started following you for the past one month... I have a query here.. if possible answer me... I started following certain spiritual principles like meditation.. I quit non veg for the past 3 years believing that i should not kill any being for my food and also we absorb their emotions as well at the time of killing like fear,helplessness and so many .... Plz suggest some alternate veg diet... i felt like some millets like Ragi helps... Share some plan if you really wish to help me... Neenga solra yendha food ium doesn't agree for me. I have migraine problem and not particular about losing weight. I aim at staying fit and exercise following your videos. Milk and milk products like paneer, ghee, butter, coconut oil, egg all cause migraine. Please suggest alternative diet. Right now I'm consuming lot of vegetables dal and channa, traditional rice like black kavuni arisi, poongaar, karunguruvai,... Wats your suggestion for me
