in gymnastics we called the earthquake a hollow hold and the longest i’ve ever gone is a minute. do that for 15-30 seconds every day and after literally a week or two you’ll start developing abs. that shit HURTS.

It absolutely works and you’ll feel some muscles starting to show up in a week or two. Not visibly noticeable but you’ll be able to feel that it’s happening :)

I actually did this before quarantine and my mom and dad walk in and I was too embarrassed for no reason at all and stop my progress It was sad because I did it secretly for 6-7 months and now I can't even do it because I feel like my mom would think I'm impressing a boy when in all honesty I just wanna have abs so that I could draw on it and wouldn't have to suck my gut everytime my aunts visit

I tried this after a 2mi run, in the 80 degree heat, the day after a meet I ran 3.5 miles at (32,16,4x8), and yeah I don’t recommend doing it after a run but omg #4 feels AMAZING ON MY HIPS OMG THE PAIN IS LITERALLY GONE TYSM FOR THIS! And also it’s a good workout but it just hurt me bc I’m sore. Doesn’t mean it will hurt u!

Take baby steps and remember it isn't about perfection but persistance. Set a small goal for the end of the week, choose to walk maybe 10 minutes and do that everyday until you reach your goal. The following week add a couple more minutes to that. Eventually, you'll get in a routine. Cassey Ho also has a ton of workouts based on time. You got this!!💪

Something weird I always done to get motivated was to watch someone else's weight loss journeys because then it at least feels possible; or listen to a subliminal that makes you motivated (I'm pretty sure it doesn't actually work, but if you think it does then maybe it will).

I’m on the verge of feeling my abs now. It’s so wonderful to touch your skin and feel the lines. Ofc it’s not easy. diet, sleep, water are some of the most vital ingredients for not just abs but overall transformation in your body. I’m 28, mom of 5 yo kid, weighed 76 kgs when I started and came to 55 kgs in 10 months! I’m maintaining now. If I can do it, so you can. Fighting❤

These are great. I used to do thirty backwards sit ups every morning and my stomach was beautifully flat. I like the hip trick way better though. Smart to cover your tailbone with your hands!
