Recipe and ingredients:
250g lentils.
700 ml water.
Mix well and let rest for 8 hours.
Grains swell and remove excess water.
Add 100 ml of pure water.
Grind with a blender.

5g baking powder.
1 teaspoon turmeric.

Mix dry ingredients well.
add to the chopped lentils.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
mix well.
If the batter is too runny, add more
tablespoons of rice flour.
mix well.
Grease a bread pan with vegetable oil.
Pour the dough into the mold.
a handful of sunflower seeds.
a handful of sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 60 minutes.
Bread is ready!
