My parents literally did the same thing your mom in law did! My brother worked for a company that sells on Etsy, grew their sales quickly and started his own Etsy shop with our parents. They got lots of sales and he wanted to grow it but my parents said “no no, we’re okay” lol! But thankfully my bro went on his own and is the top seller of dog collars on Etsy and has a KZitem channel.

Stories ("$1M side hustle") that are relate-able WIN! It's like our real estate portfolio; "we will buy nice properties but not high end luxury properties with hard-to-afford rents" we wanted as many customers as possible when a unit goes vacant. NOT a long wait before a HNW person shows up to rent it. Relate to the bulk of the population, ie. the middle part of the bell-shaped curve to get better outcomes. More people 'live' in that space. And can relate easily to a "$1M side hustle" - great story! .

I wonder if the lead generation businesses mentioned in the podcast can be launched today! I have the impression that they're all old and took advantage of the Internet Boom when it was easy to rank and make a name for yourself, but I think that now it's very complicated if not impossible ;without a big marketing budget, am I wrong?

Hey guys love this show - it's both informative and inspiring. Would love to see you do a show breaking down the business of courses. We all have something we can offer the world, and packaged, right, it can make people lives better (maybe a lot of people). I'm getting started here, have basic questions for those who have done this. There are so many platforms, but it seems that it could make sense to go without that- learndash (or even simpler) seems pretty easy to set up. What do you think? And what your thought process on standing up a course offering?

Boys are so much consistent at dropping pod after pod. A ton of work being put into producing just an hour long pods. They AB testing thumbnails like crazy I guess every vid they use 3 changing one every 5 hours or so. I guess this world is not just for the young techie. Seriously though, there is 19 year old kid Arib Khan who build a Ai SaaS in 7 days. I've learnt so much from his interview that I watched it multiple times. Especially the tools he used to build, market and scale his business. Shaan, I think you're Arib's, Tony Robbins.
