hii as soon as i saw his baby acne i thought cows milk protein allergy. i'm glad to hear you've cut that out of your diet. my son (now 2.5yo) was allergic and it took us 9 months to figure out. his symptoms were sleep disturbance, extreme irritability (like when oakley was crying for nappy but all the time), increased bowel sounds, rash around mouth and behind knees, increased tone. our lives changed when we eliminated dairy, finally he slept for hours and we could see his personality!

That's such a great idea! can you do a video of all the products you use like collagen and all the stuff you put in your coffee please? Ive been trying to get which brand you use for months. Ive started to use the Osea products and i really love the clean and tranquil smell and feel i get with their products, like the cleanser and the hyaluronic acid serum. I really want to get some of their shower and body products. Can you do a detailed routine for Sage and Oakley? Like how many naps they both take, how many times a week you give them a bath, if you've started potty training Sage and how what method?

Apparently you should only put the oil on for a few hours before washing as it clogs the pores, I’ve also heard that over time the Dyson still damages the hair and makes it brittle because of how intense the air flow is so maybe style it once a week and go for a towel dry ? I’ve committed to two years no dying of my hair because after my first (currently two weeks before my due date with my second) I think dying it and using extensions did it no favours 😂 I’ve also bought a light treatment wand for my hair, it’s meant to boost growth so who knows ! The four month mark is so hard, you are doing great ! With my first I was buying a house, finishing my university dissertation and my hair fell out and I got impetigo from stress. We try and balance so much on our shoulders while our bodies are still recovering from birth, we don’t get enough information or support the year after birth do we ! I think it takes at least a year for our bodies to recover not to mention or mental/hormonal state x

“Let’s be real, I’m not reading” 😂💯 I had to cut out dairy with my first born and it honestly changed my life! It caused us to really lean into plant based eating. I also learned that cows have to be inseminated over and over again to stay pregnant/lactating and that really horrified me. As a breastfeeding mama I can’t imagine being forced to do it for my whole life and not even for my own baby, but for some humans who so badly want my milk 🥴 I guess prior to that I just thought that there were milk cows that made milk 😂 Anyways thanks for sharing your fam with us - it’s wild to see them grow so fast! ❤

I admit, you almost mad e me reconsider my desicion to be childfree my whole life (keyword: almost)…..until I saw Sage’s fussiness while making pancakes and could still hear oakleys were so loud that they could still be heard from the kitchen. It’s moments like these that remind me how much peace and quiet is necessary to my mental health lol. So yeah, kids will definitely not be a part of my life. How do you manage household, work, and 2 beautiful children? I know you take herbal coffee (me too as I get jitters with caffeine). ☕️How do you manage to remain calm under circumstances like the elevator in Florida. I’m sorry if I ask too many questions, it’s just that you are such a role model as a mum and a woman. I wish I could have your attitude and energy 😅

Oh girl I feel ya with the being sick and teething. 🤦♀️ My husband got mandatory overtime and has been working 6 10s for about a month and a half now and the first week our dog died. Then our 10 month old has been sick AND teething ever since. He was a late teether so they are all suddenly coming in right now. Any time I get someone to watch him so I can have a little time to myself or go to an appt he catches some bug that takes weeks to go away. I think I keep telling myself it's just a hard phase we will get through. But some days I feel like I'm losing my mind. 😵💫
