Te voy a contar, estuve viendo varios tipos de empujadores; pero me sirvió de inspiración ver el tuyo, y el fin de semana me hice uno. No sé cómo te podría enviar fotos de cómo quedó. Al agarrador le atornillé una placa de acero de 5/8" de ancho x 1/8" de grueso, y en los extremos de la placa hice otros agujeros para atornillar al cuerpo del empujador, así se puede reemplazar en cualquier momento y no se tira todo, el agarrador vuelve a servir para otros. En la parte de atrás le puse una regla, con un agujero rasgado, que desliza, según el grueso de la pieza que vamos a empujar. Y la pieza de abajo la pegué, así que si se va arruinando, la voy reemplazando, pero el resto del cuerpo me sigue sirviendo. Un abrazo, desde Guatemala.

Looks nice. You make quite a lot of work out of these sticks. It might be a good idea to skip the holes. That way you could trim/adjust the sole many times more, saves you a lot of time...JMHO.

I think a lot of the curved cuts that you made on the table saw sled can be easily and quickly done with a jigsaw, bandsaw or a scroll saw. Good photography/videography - the lenses and camera seems to be very high quality.
