Shoulders for me work better with highest volume training only after calves and forearms may be. 21s, supersets, trisets. I mainly do the pre-exhaustion sets and finisher sets more than the main heavy sets. Like 2 warmup sets 1 heavy set followed by 2 high rep finishers. Works amazingly for me. If I have to suggest only one, it’s 21s

Massive respect to you man. Super helpful tips. The cameraman did and amazing job too. Will try this workout on my shoulder day. P.S. I tried your arm workout that you did collab with Mike Thurston. Simple short session but better than my 2 hours arm session I used to do. Usually I get the pump but it doesn’t last long. With your version not only I had the pump but my arms started to develop slowly. Awesome!!!

'Single Arm Rear DELT FLY' (or the 'Pectic Fly') is ultimate good for Executing/Enlargening of the Rear DELTS that I, once expressed, an desire for, when I starting learning for Gym and getting Habituated with GYM-Practises, that was a correct In-Demand and now, you have told/taught what to do. You have taught right -> "To get a 3D Illusion or the V- Or the Width, focus heavily on the REAR Delts and slightly less heavily on the Side DELTS." Sometimes, when you don't have the Muscle-Mind connection, you can, damaging the BONE (of Shoulder), engaging more of your TRAPS than the REAR DELTS [in 80%-20% ratio or slightly less]. Motion/Body-Structure/Body-Leaning: "Make sure your CHEST is up, Shoulders is Straight, and you don't hinge/bend Forwards. Try to find/get your CABLE at the Same height of the SHOULDERS or only slightly Below." The Angle between 'Stretched Position [of the Arm]' and the 'Pulled-Position [near the Machine]' can be kept 150° (or slightly less) when the Arm is stretched at 90° angle to the body, and, when the arm is Stretched at 45° Angle to [in Stretched Position] the Body, the Pulled-Position garners an 115° [or be it, slightly less] angle with the TORSO! In all the 4 Highest-Quality Exercises, the Weight RANGE can be kept 5 kg to 60 Kilo per 'WEIGHT per Each [Left and Right] Side of the Body' and 'REP Range be 6 REPs to 20 REPS'.

I likes 3 Exercises and the remaining ones unpickeable. You Taught: "We need to only Focus on the rear delts and the side delts. Whatever Chest Exercises and whatever the Shoulder Movements, in other Exercises you do, that engages the Front Delts." This is capable to give u the 3-D Look of the Shoulders. Warm Up: Dynamic Stretching: It improves the Flexibility and Range of Motion. It boosts your power and strength in the oncoming exercises." 'SHOULDER Press [Neutral Grip] with Wrists Turned in' is the 1rst Exercise and should be performed, sitting on a Bench with Spine Rest. As you get up, do not LOCK with your ELBOWS. Always make sure you come as low as you can and then REPEAT.

Exercise 2 is 'the SIDE LATERAL RAISES with DUMBBELLS'. We need to Open up widest possible at 90° Angle or 120° angle. It is a 'SIDE DELT FLY'. Chest Up, Shoulders clutched Back, and maximum Eccentric Contraction are there to be done with. You start with Arms/Wrists in front of your PELVIC, I will do it with my Arms/Wrists stucked to the sides [Left and right] of my Waist. When Ending the Eccentric motion, that is, when coming down, we do not compulsorily need to bring the Wrists/Arms all the way down and we can end the Eccentric motion with Shoulders making an Angle, with the Arms, of 60° [60° Downwards]. That's too funny, i.e., Fun-Arousing exercise when done with no faults.

'UPRIGHT ROW' with Dumbbells focuses again too well, on the Side Delts and the Rear Delts. Hold upright your Back, do not Lean forwards even a Little, Shoulders Stuck Back, with Wrists turned inwards, have a 'Muscle-Mind' Connection and the movement is pretty simple. Focus more on the ECCENTRIC motion than the Concentric Motion, trying to give the ECCENTRIC MOTION 3.3 Units Time of the CONCENTRIC MOTION Time. When Hands are clasped up, Elbows do not compulsorily have to be on LEVEL with the SHOULDERS. The Elbows can be 15° [that's enough](slightly plus) or 30° slighted-downed as compared to the Shoulder Level [so, hanging downwards].
