Nothing fancy. Just a few things I like to do during my 3rd day of the week to get some extra work done. Day 4 coming soon!

Its actually crazy how many accessories you do during the week. Im not an expert by any means, but my accessories are like half of yours xD I wont be able to lift a lot of weight if i do so much of them, but different things works differently for people. Personally i do low vol/high frequency like 3x deads, 2x squats (sometimes do 3xsquats and 2xdeads) and 1x bench and it feels very comfortable, been trainig like this for a few months. Glad for the video, thanks for the info, as i said dont be worried about the length of the video, do what you want to do 😂 Thank you Sir and will be waiting for the rest of the videos, cheers man!

Testosterone fueled anabolics make the shoulders and traps respond fast. Yes steroids but this guy is seriously strong roids or not

Even he uses anabolic steroids that is not enough for such a delt development .. many steroids users cant even be about half Dr deadlift delts .. it's mostly genetics and steroids plus a training regimine that is seems extremely effective even if it's not intentional .. I want to have just about half his deltoids xD

At Fitness connection here in Houston We have benches that low and they suck badly. Slippery and they literally are down to my shin. I honestly do my closer grip on them just to put my self thru punishment just incase i ever have to bench on one of those i have alittle experence lol but Duck tape sure helps it not be slick but the gym may not like that so i just duck taped my home bench.

Cailer, kind of unrelated to your video, but you have mentioned your adductor strain. I currently have one that I consider mild. I'm still squatting but find it uncomfortable so every squat is pretty much a tempo squat lol. It's getting better since I took a week off squatting 80%+ of 1RM but I feel like it's gonna take a long while til it's pain free . What kind of things are you doing as rehab? Do you do band work or Bulgarian squats? stuff like that

For biceps growth, stop bringing your shoulder forward when you're doing concentration curls. That lengthens the bicep and diminishes the peak contraction. (yes, I'm a certified trainer) Also, come UP quick, and lower more slowly to get more negative phase micro damage (zero micro damage happens on positive phase) and all that rowing is already working the shit out of your biceps, which can overtrain VERY easily.
