So true. My very first concert as an early teen in the mid 60's was one my mom took me to featuring Nancy Wilson, vibraphone player Lionel Hampton, and the Si Zentner Orchestra. She was so beautiful and elegant! When we first moved into a new neighborhood in 1959 when I was 9 years old one of my new friends mom and dad had a huge collection of jazz records including many of Ms. Wilson's. That's when I first heard her. Jazz was at it's height and Motown was blowing up. A wonderful time for music. Although I gave away my huge record collection over 25 years ago (I'm now 74) and am not as much into music, I kept all of hers I had bought over the years. Those and Earth, Wind, and Fire :-). On one of the covers she's actually wearing the elegant dress she performed in at the concert we attended. Peace.

Nancy Wilson is one of the most gorgeous, fabulous women God ever made. The woman can sing. She is absolutely beautiful. She has aged so gracefully over the years. I have loved her since I was a kid. My parents bought her albums. I am 57 years old and she is still one of my most favorite songstress'. I saw her this past summer at the Hollywood Bowl and she was still as fabulous as ever. People walked her to her seat on stage and she sat and sang to us. I was mesmerized. Love you Nancy Wilson!!

If you don't get goose bumps or a tear in your eye listening to this monumental artist, then your veins are filled with ice water and I feel sorry for 'ya...She's still knockin' 'em dead!

Music is expression. Ms. Nancy Wilson doesn't just sing music, she IS music. When she opens her mouth, music pours forth, period.

There's a classy lady. I have had the honor of meeting Ms. Wilson on more than one occasion. I played my guitar and as she sang "Almost like being in love" afterwards we sat on a love seat and talked about the music industry life. From the few hours we spent together. I have a iconic friend. She was an elegant down to earth jewel. R.I.P. Ms. Wilson. Thank you

Not only a wonderful entertainer, but so beautiful with it. Was saddened last December (2018) when I heard of her passing. She will remain part on my life and in my life for the rest of my life. Sadly, I am nearly 83 so...….Please continue to listen and enjoy. You owe it to Nancy.

🗿 In the late (1960s,) Mom worked as a data processor at the now famous Capital Records building on Vine street, north of Hollywood blvd. As a bonus, employees were given a (record album) or two of their choice, every month. My mother had quite an ECLECTIC collection by 1968. I was first exposed to Nancy Wilson that summer. That was (50) years ago. Thank you, Ms. Wilson. You'll be missed. 💝 (S.F.)

I was introduced to Nancy Wilson, the woman when I lived in California. Just as you see her on stage, she is the same wonderful woman in person. We (my girl and a few friends)shared a new song from Nancy that she sang to the background music from a tape she had with her. Her voice and motions are magic! I fell in love with her all over again! :-)

I heard her for the first time back in the early 60's on my transistor radio. I was blown away by her voice and still am to this day. I was only 12 years old when I heard her then.
