How to make Nannari Syrup at home?
Rub the nannari roots well 2 to 3 times in water and wash until the clay comes out of the root.
Leave to dry until there is no moisture in it.
Take the fine roots and crush and remove the centre part.
Take it on a stone and crush it.
Now soak in water overnight.
After soaking, drain the water and place it in a bowl.
Add one cup of sugar per cup of nannari root and add the juice of 1 lemon or Lemon Salt and bring to a boil.
Boil for 20 to 30 minutes or until 1 string consistency is achieved.
Cool and store in an airtight bottle.
