How nobody talks about this guy . So talent . AS TALENT AS PRINCE

Sorry, but I can't but think that you are comparing apples with concrete mixers. While Narada is a solid drummer, highly respected as a songwriter and has enjoyed a solid career as a producer (Sister Sledge, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin when she went disco), he is no Prince Rogers Nelson. Narada gave some much needed oomph to a few artists. No disrespect there. And to some extent I agree with you - he should have gotten much more recognition. But Prince was simply on a different level. He changed the very foundation of what music was supposed to sound like during the late 70s and throughout the 80s, and created a sound/musical style that lives on today, 40 years later. His legacy will outlive us all.

@@TheNybergCorporation Really?! What sound did "Prince" create? I understand nothing of what I've heard from him. "Purple rain" and stuff, bores me to death.
@TheNybergCorporation

@@herrbonk3635 How old are you? Where you around at the time of ”1999”?Not only did Prince define the sound of the early eighties (as literally everyone copied the Minneapolis sound with sparse, synth-heavy arrangements and gated drums), but he also managed the crossover putting music, that previously would have been restricted to the R&B chart, onto the Top 100 chart. However you want to define that sound, it was so different and new, that it reached more than just one audience. And 40 years later,. it still inspires songwriters and producers. But hey, if it bores you - stay bored if you want to. The rest of us are lifted up by what he created. - - - - Also, if you limit Prince's output to ”'Purple Rain' and stuff”, then you have some serious homework to do.
