Nashville All-Purpose Seasoning
1/2 cup Cayenne
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbs garlic
1 tbs onion powder
2 tsp white pepper
2 tbs paprika
1 tbs Korean chili flakes
1 tbs salt
Chicken Finger secret sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1/3 ketchup
1 tbs Nashville AP seasoning
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
juice of 1 lemon
Few drop of Worcestershire
Salt + pepper
NOTE, Let the sauce sit for at lease 30 minutes! it makes a huge difference. It helps meld the flavors together!
Seasoned Flour
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 tbs salt
2 tbs Nashville ap seasoning
Wet mixture
2 eggs
2 cups flour
Coldwater enough to get the consistency in the video
2 tbs Nashville seasoning
Nashville Hot Oil
1 cup NEUTRAL oil
3 tbs Nashville season
(when you dip the chicken, make sure this is hot so it's not greasy)
Slaw mixture
2 cups shredded purple cabbage
1 cup carrots
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tbs Apple cider vinegar
1/4- 1/2 cup mayo (add as you go so it isn't too much mayo)
salt + pepper to taste
