67 years trying to learn how to solo……I have listened to several of your videos. I appreciate how simply explained and demonstrated your teaching approach is. Thank you Rusty! I have noticed the presence of your bible in the background of your videos. Then I see that you have a worship guitar series. This is where I dwell and can apply what you teach. Blessings!

Hi Rusty, I'm practicing here today and ironically I'm turning 56 tomorrow and this lesson of yours popped up in my feed so after laughing a bit I checked it out and it's such a cool lesson. It sounds so good with the C and F together of course too. I like the little runs you do inbetween chords here so I'm trying to memorize a few of them so I can do it a bit more smoothly and hopefully without even thinking about it too much soon. Thanks again, Tommy~

Every video this man does is very knowledgeable information for any guitarist. When I was learning how to play the guitar, you learned the notes and then chords and pretty much technique’s more than music itself. These lesions bypass a lot of that, he shows you exactly how you solo over the chord progression and starting out on the C and F with a common C is basically teaching someone to play with a looper almost immediately. Great lessons.

Thank you for the lesson, Rusty! Watching you switch between various C and F chords along the neck of the guitar and using those as your base for solo-ing, it helped to demystify the solo-ing process (which I find super intimidating most of the time).
