Here we go again… 😅 I have mixed feelings about this one but excited to see how far we get.

We’re all learning together and it’s made for an amazing chapter so far.
But it is time for the next chapter to start and what better time then now!
This is a new area for me entirely as I have always been on the weight loss roller coaster. But the research has been done, the before video has been made! And the workouts have started. The clock is ticking!!!
I’m looking forward to sharing what we learn, where we fail 😂, and encourage the journey throughout it all. This is maturing in the gym. This is chasing your fitness. When it challenges you and pushes you to new levels, you’re winning!
