Glad to see this. Nice to see you've got the enthusiasm back again. Please don't make everything 15 minutes of slow talking and repetition like the rest of KZitem. This one was great.

I’m interested in as much MAF info as you can give! Running form, barefoot/minimalist running, diet related stuff is also great.

Looking forward to the series. In your opinion, which is more effective? Karvonen or MAF?

Karvonen will be a more accurate calculation, but MAF is super easy and works for a lot of people.

Sounds interesting. Would like to see rehab and prehab routines with maybe some inside information on why we do them and when. Great to see the channel reboot. 🇨🇦🇨🇦
