The new moon is an active phase of the moon that is about setting your intention or clarifying your vision for the upcoming moon cycle. The following moon phases are about taking aligned actions to support your vision, and they are also about balancing action with rest.
This is an active 36 minute practice that focuses on dynamic flows, opening the front hips, and an active version of pigeon pose.
