It’s that time…. We are doing a short 6-week cycle to get us all through the holiday season with some success.
What’s new:
-Increase in equipment variety. Adding in more kettlebells and sandbags.
-Pull-up stamina work.
-Dedicated Olympic lifting work.
-Ski season prep.
What are we keeping:
-Upper and lower body strength days.
-Running workouts.
-Zone 2 workouts.
What are we eliminating:
-Strict pull-up work.
-Low intensity rest day.
-Fewer Barbells.
