FT Trainings Full Sessions | Episode #1 - Trainings With The Partner
This training session is designed to train with the partner and can be completed during the in-season period as well as the off-season. We recommend to take it at least once a week. The session consists of 5 drills and lasts for 1 hour. Remember to do a proper warm-up before you start.
Structure

Drill #1: Dynamic Warm-Up - 4 Variations - 10 Reps Each
Drill #2: Sprint Starts And Changing Direction - 3 Variations - 2 Reps Each
Variation #1: 5 Seconds Footwork
Variation #2: 3 Vertical jumps
Variation #3: 4 Jumping Lunges
Drill #3: Passing - 3 Sets of 6
Drill #4: Dribbling + Skill Moves - 2 Sets of 6
Drill #5: Ball Mastery Cool Down
