In today's video i share a crunchy and soft Nigerian chin chin recipe, using one dough for the two method,if you prefer a crunchy chin chin fry for a longer period, but if you want a softer chin chin then fry for a short time. INGREDIENTS :
Flour -1Kg.
Butter -150g
Sugar -1/2 cup or to your taste.
Nutmeg/2 teaspoon.
Salt 1/4 teaspoon.
Whole Milk -1/2 CUP or (EVAPORATED MILK)
Eggs -2 LARGE.
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp or any flavour of your choice.
Vegetable or sunflower oil to fry.
