Love this comment. I, as many, have lost people that meant a great deal to them that could have had a bright future. But the one thing I tell myself when I think about them is: "At least you were not alive to see the day Donald Trump got into power". 🤣🤣 Kurt has trumps on us all for that one!! Xx Big love. Hope you are happy and staying healthy 🧡💛

Exactly, well then again I believe everything happens for a reason. Would he be this thing if he’d be alive ? That’s a horrible question which is no matter to give an answer to. I wish he’d be happy, but mostly I wish he would see his daughter grow, and her having her father to teach her life, I’m sure he must’ve had some great things to share to the young, I guess the fact that I’m writing that right now means he did in some sort of way. Miss and care for him everyday, he introduced me to music.

The amount that the band talks about other bands just shows how much they didn't actually want the fame. They looked up to so many other people so much and they wanted the bands that inspired them to inspire others. They were never in this for the money, they loved the music. Kurt Cobain would hate the road that the music industry has gone down.
@johncollins211

Didn't want it? Kurt did everything in his power to become famous. He was dead serious about his career and making it as a band. They practiced there songs for hours and hours every single day its all they did. They basically toured for 7 years straight building an audience.

What made me laugh a lot, it's how non-American interviewers would go asking overcomplicated questions about Nirvana, and the whole so-called "Grunge" scene (Seattle music); and they'll just go and answer whatever they want, or to pretend they understand the language of the reporters 😅. Nirvana, as it was the case with most "Seattle Area" bands, just cared about doing some just good music, and earning some money from it at the same time. But being mainstream and famous was something they never envisioned too much. The same about their lyrics, they were just throwing some catchy lyrics on the table, but people out there was drawing up conclusions of things that were absolutely their own idea, not necessarily Nirvana's. It was quite a funny time in "Rock n' roll" world (as the media usually depicts it) 😂
