Note that it’s no a complete zero sugar diet, I have just cut down my table sugar and replaced it with natural or healthy forms of sugar & When it comes to other food items I just mostly eat home cooked food & if in case I am out for work or travelling I just make sure THE INGREDIENTS are healthy as possible.Tip: Don't start with an extreme cut down. Go slow so that you can enjoy the benefits and also you are not getting cranky.
