00:39 Grind the oat flakes.
00:50 2 eggs.
01:05 Remove excess liquid from the zucchini.

01:28 Oat flakes 4 tbsp.
01:36 Cheddar cheese 50 g.
01:39 Pepper.
01:45 Nutmeg.
02:05 Olive oil.
02:13 Fry on low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
