No knead bread is extremely easy because you make it in a very short time but exactly like in an Italian bakery: outside the crust is very crunchy, the crumb is instead very soft and alveolar. This homemade Italian bread is almost YEAST FREE, we use less than 1 gram. The long leavening, 70% hydration and folds will allow us to have beautiful bubbles!
INGREDIENTS OF ITALIAN NO KNEAD BREAD
• 300 gr of durum wheat semolina
• 450 grams of flour
• 500 ml of water at room temperature
• 3 pinches of yeast (less than 1 gram)
• A teaspoon of sugar
• 1 heaping tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of salt
