My wrist hurts, so I ended up making no-knead bread, and it turned out moist and soft. Even with just folding, gluten formed well in the bread!
I added a generous amount of milk to make it even softer. I've incorporated key points to pay attention to when making 3 top bread in the video.
Be sure to remove the air generated during fermentation to make a smooth bread without holes. To make a beautiful loaf, it's important to let it proof to the height of the mold during the second fermentation!
During the first and second fermentation, let it proof in a warm place. This time, I used the proofing function of the oven for the first and second time. I'm using a microwave oven, and the setting was 40 degrees celsius(104°F). It couldn't be changed, but proofing at 40 degrees celsius (104°F) worked very well.
After making the bread, I even made French toast, and it was delicious! It has a chewy texture, and you can feel a bit of the rice bread's texture!
*Bake at 329°F for 20 minutes.
