上周终于买到了全麦面粉,虽然不是高筋粉,但蛋白质含量不低,完全可以用来做普通面包。
今天和大家分享免揉三明治面包的最简单做法,不用机器手不沾面真的也能做出松软健康的全麦面包。这次提供了三个配方都列在下面,大家可以根据自己现有的土司盒还有自己的口感选择最适合自己的配方去做,不管是白面粉和全麦面粉混合还是全部用全麦面粉做,我家大人小孩都很喜欢吃,只要是家里的酵母粉不失效,真的是很难很难失败,这种简单又轻松的做法应该也不会让您对最终成果失望。
大家可能发现我很喜欢做免揉面包,因为家里人口多吃的也多,如果我天天揉面做拉丝的面包,即使不用我揉也会非常心疼机器的,而且我费了好多时间做,出炉后你一口我一口的很快就被消灭掉了,所以真正揉出手套膜的面包我做的少,这种免揉面包非常适合像我这种“懒”人或者新手,成功的机率太高,绝对不会有挫败感:-)
The first and second method is suitable for 600g loaf tin (30cm x 10cm x 10cm). If you have two small loaf tins you can also divide the dough in two and bake. The third method is suitable for 450g or 9 x 5inch loaf tins. This recipe is made using all-purpose flour. If you don’t know the protein content of the all-purpose flour you are using, you can just use bread flour.
1cup=237ml 1/4cup=59ml 1tsp=5ml 1tbsp=15ml
First recipe:
White flour 2cups/320g
Whole wheat flour 2cups/320g
White sugar 2tbsp/25g
Dry yeast 2tsp/6g
Salt 1tsp/5g
Water 2+1/4cup /475g
Olive oil 2tbsp/30g
Second recipe:
Whole wheat flour 4cups/640g
Dry yeast 2tsp/6g
Salt 1tsp/5g
Water 水 2+1/2cup/525克
Olive oil 2tbsp/30g
Nuts 1cup/100g
White sugar 2tbsp/25g(可选)
Third recipe:
White flour 2cups/320g
Whole wheat flour 1cup/160g
White sugar 1tbsp/13g
Dry yeast 2tsp/6g
Salt 1tsp/5g
Water 1.5cups+2tbsp/340g
Olive oil 1tbsp/15g
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 40-45 minutes
