Nice video and those ribs look amazing. The M1 is a cooking machine. I've had one for a little over a year and everything I've cooked on it comes out great.

Rib Jenga, lol. Nice Capt'n Ron. Good looking cook. I decided to do some smoking yesterday as well. 11.5 lb pork butt on a Weber with Fogo Premium Lump. Turned out so nice.

How long would I grill a full slab on ribs on a Webber kettle ??? And at what temp full vents open???

It's very hard to say, each rack will cook a bit differently. You could probably do a rack in 3 1/2-4 hours at 275

I like hot and fast ribs and I prefer not to wrap. The ribs in video were thin so that helped with the cook time.
