If anybody wants, I can upload data from pulse oximeter. I got about 10 days recorded.
I tried to not talk a lot, even though there is a lot to talk about.
First of all this is the most progress I have made in this case, so I have a hope.
Then on topic of sleep paralysis, I have 3 main theories:
- It is mini seizure (evidenced by lack of control over my body)
- It is low blood sugar event (Doesn't feel like it and how would it not affect my state after regaining full conciousness)
- Other
- Nicotine related somehow? Probably not, since this was based on misrepresentation of pulse rate data. Even stupider still, since I thought it could be parasympathetic vagus nerve response to something due to small number of nicotinic receptors due to my addiction, but that would be other way around...
Will look for EEG machine as well, but worst case I will have to buy one, which will take some time. I wanted to check blood sugar today, but I already ate before, so data would be invalid.
There is chance this is psychological in nature, which you wouldn't be able to measure easily (probably would involve somebody scaring me to death during "episode" and recording my reaction lol)
Finally WTF is this restless leg syndrome like stuff. I would like to know more about mechanism of that, but seems like other "nobody really knows" kind of issue. Seriously, can't be that hard to figure such shit out. I guess the reason is, that nobody really cares...
