I remember back when he wouldnt say a damn thing and we'd be left wondering what he meant. Im so glad he changed his format, cause his advice is actually really good! I've even seen some where he doesnt talk at all, but manages to convey the message with proper form. Huge improvement! Went from my least favorite to like a top 3 fitness creator for me.

I’ve been doing traditional bicep curls for over 2 years now when I started getting serious and working out more. But I’ve also lately been doing hammer curls after seeing a video of someone doing them. And now seeing your short, I can understand why it makes the arm look thicker with more muscle. You seem pretty legit in what you’re explaining, so cheers for the tip dude! Still working out to hopefully someday get a good looking physique

For me personally reverse cable curls are where it's at. Really blasts the forearms to keep the wrists straight and you can get a deep stretch on the biceps.

remember that you still will feel your brachioalis stretching when you're on the eccentric. going higher up on the weights for hammer curls help in estabilishing better mind muscle connection tho

I wonder if some people started doing hammer curls just because it looks cool rather than realizing it was gonna work out their forearm, not so much the bicep

Actually the hammer curl works the short head of the bicep and the reason you aren’t feeling it is bcz most likely you aren’t holding the statics and slowing down the negatives. To work the muscles he was talking about in the video can be worked doing the reverse curl 👍 at least this video was better than some saying you target different muscles by tilting you more forward or doing exercises over you head

I always have my position starting as a hammer curl. But then switch my wrist mid curl. Bc whenever I don't. I feel a painful tick on ny elbow/ forearm area. So when I switch while curling I don't feel any pain. Maybe I'm doing too much weight but I'm only curling 40lbs. I just started liked 4 months ago. But this is what I can do for 10 reps minimum and not pushing failure. I plan on working on 40s for maybe 2-3 weeks more until I can do 15 reps first just before I even think about moving up

Curious on your view of doing Supinated up and hammer down during the negative. It's how I've always done biceps and never really thought of it. I don't tend to do Hammers on their own in full range of motion, or supinated. I've always rotated at the top and down.

When i started my fitness with calisthenics i used to feel the burn in my muscles for 1 or 2 days after training, i used to enjoy that feeling but now after sometime it stopped happening. The burn gets fixed within 15-20 mins after the workout no more next day feeling of workouts. Neither my reps of the exercise has been able to increase nor the muscle are growing as fast as before. I used to enjoy that part of the training and now the main part of the training is missing. I can only do body weight calisthenics can you please help me bro...??

Despite your nice physique, I question the form for your hammer curls. I move the dumbbell across the body, which works for me to help alleviate golfers elbow from weak forearms.
