Recipe:
Romaine lettuce (or another green salad)
2-3 peppers of different colors
Cucumbers
tomatoes
avocado
Feta cheese
Red onion
Olives
lemon
Salt
pepper
Garlic
Dried oregano
Cut the lettuce and put it in a bowl.
Cut the peppers and add them to the bowl.
Cut the cucumbers and add them to the salad.
Cut the tomatoes and add them to the salad.
Remove the core from the avocado, peel it, cut it into cubes and add it to the salad.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add to the salad.
Cut the red onion into half rings and add to the salad.
Add the olives to the salad.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
For the dressing, mix lemon juice, olive oil, pressed garlic, salt and pepper.
Dress the salad with it and mix.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with dried oregano.
