This video is about being careful about using clinical labels to describe non-clinical conditions. OCD is a serious disorder, that causes significant distress and dysfunction to those living with it. Yet the term OCD has made it's way into everyday language, and can sometimes even be described as a desirable set of traits - by people who really don't know anything about it.
I’ve been a Clinical Psychologist for over 15 years, and I am on a mission to share what I know :)
I want to help you to understand mental health and how you can use psychotherapy and therapy techniques to help you on your own journey.
