Thanks for watching! Yeah, there's a huge variety of fish here. I'll try my best to make many more videos! :)

There is, titles are all in Japanese so it doesn't really show up. Use google translate or deepL. Or just paste this 釣り its "tsuri" means fishing

Hi! from NYC.I'm visiting Tokyo in april and was wondering if fishing is possible around that time? also, any recommendations? My first time in tokyo.

Hi! Yes, it definitely is possible but it might be a little bit difficult as the sea water temperature is still quite low in April. You can try Sea Bass fishing at night near river mouths or light rock fishing at fishing harbors. The local tackle shops will be able to give you the best advice for the local area!

Do they escape from the pens or so they naturally live there too?
@hanjapanfishing

Hi there, thanks for your comment. A few do escape when the farm is being worked on, for instance, while the nets in the pens are being moved or changed. We do catch escapees from time to time, but most of the fish around the farm are wild fish, which are most likely attracted to the feed.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I’m in Mie Prefecture which is pretty far from Saitama. I’ve heard that there are some good fishing spots in Kanagawa and Chiba though!
