I did 2 different stints at SCI in Ohio and this is what they do when you owe the courts, I was left $10 a month. You gotta get a little hustle going and ish will be fine. I kept my box for the store man and he paid me $5 a month. I carried a few pinners out on the yard every week and he paid for that so I always had money. Plus Im from Lancaster and SCI is out on BIS rd so I had mad homies that always looked out for me (friends from the streets) that I was doing time with. It wasn't really hard at all.....or maybe I was just used to doing time and stuff didn't bother me anymore? I got out from my last stay in 2007 and haven't been back, Im a home bodie now and always get told Im lame from my old "friends" but after missing so many holidays, birthdays, deaths, Births and other memories Im fine with being a "lame" now! My son is growing and loves his dad and makes memories with me so his dad will continue to be a home body, a lame, or whatever else cause missing shit isnt cool at all.

I was sent to CRC first for orientation and classification. Then got my parent institution which was North central correctional. At last moment I was taken across street to Pickaway correctional. Only a level 2b for low level drug offender. I had only one minor issue in prison, which was someone just checkin to see what I was about. Basically to see if I was a easy target. We threw hands and afterwards no issues the rest of my bid. Basically if you wanna stay out the way you can ( in lower level, lower security prisons) Ross, Lebanon, Warren, Lucasville, Ohio state penitentiary. Those another story. The two most violent things I saw while doing three years at Ross. Saw a guy get stabbed with a literal sword. Went in his back and came out the front. Multiple times. He survived. Saw a guy get his face melted off with microwaved baby oil and state soap. Heard the scream and looked over. He had his hands up to his face and you could see it melting between his fingers. Sometimes those memories just pop up out of nowhere. Somethings you just never forget. I literally just had to look up the name of the second prison I was in after Ross. But trust and believe I’ll never forget those screams.
