This recipe is a simple creation that i did to use up items from my latest imperfect foods haul
ill actually post my simple pot roast recipe below as a guideline to use since this is something i don't make that often
Just create this dish as you like
Recipe
5lbs beef chuck roast
1 cup pearl onions (large diced onions)
1 cup frozen English peas
1 cup baby carrots
Salt and pepper
1 quart water or old school beef stock
Season beef with salt and pepper
brown in skillet with vegetable oil
After browning add beef to roasting pot and add vegetables to pot
Add 3 tablespoons flour to remaining oil in skillet and brown slightly
Add 1 quart of water or beef stock to skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Pour liquid over beef and vegetables in pot and cover
Place in 350 degree oven and cook for 3 hours
Remove from oven and add carrots and cook an additional 1 hours
ENJOY OVER WHITE RICE OR MASHED POTATOES
