Hi Georgia your videos are great, I’ve learnt so much from you. The other day I followed your tutorial on how to make an isomalt sail however my isomalt sail became quite sticky, how do I prevent this from happening again?

You may not have melted it enough. It can be slightly sticky to the touch sometimes (due to heat or moisture in the air) ☺️

Hi Georgia, I’ve been using your Swiss meringue buttercream recipe for awhile now and everyone loves it. Please can you tell me how to get the colour of the buttercream white. Thanks for the lovely videos

It’s naturally white from the meringue! It’s also due to good quality butter ☺️

@@nonyen3397 you can use a tiny bit of blue or purple gel food color (like dip the end of a toothpick in the color then in the buttercream) and mix it up. The blue tones will cancel out the yellow. Make sure to just do it a tiyy but at a time because too much will turn the frosting grey or color it too dark. After one or two dips the yellow tone should fade enough

Fresh cream only lasts for a day and doesn’t work as well as buttercream 💕
