This is very accurate, I hurt my back sometime ago, Been working on it slowly since I found your channel and I went on a bike ride a few days ago a little worried I might spike my back like those times when I got pain again from riding when I was injured apparently feeling 90% good, but this time it didn't spike back, and today when you uploaded this video I realised this means that now I'm on the right path to building my back, thank you so much for this!

This really hit hard for me. I'm also at that point where I had a disc extrusion and bulges 2 years ago and thought I had improved my back situation since but I've just thrown it out again back to square one. At 43 years old it's daunting that I have a long road ahead but the only way is up from now building the foundation.

Been consistent with back extension rounded/not rounded & holds for about 6 months now. Get a crazy good pump in my lower back & spinal erectors. Love you fam!

Thank you, cause I've definitely been in a bad mental funk since my back injury. I was under the impression I was solidly at 90%, returned to work, and felt horrible thinking I regressed. Definitely sent me spiraling mentally, with tension and a fear to move my back too crazy. Now I know better, and I'm realizing I got much more work to do with building that lower back up fr. Glad I found your channel on IG and here, gives me lots of hope.

I’m 2.5 months into this program. Had back flair ups for 3 years. Tried everything. Things would work but my back would always flair up from sports and it just got worse. Saw this program and thought it’s probably not going to work but I’ll try it. 10 weeks in and my back is already like 90% back. No more flair ups. Unbelievable!!! I can play sports again with zero worry, and I still have so much progress to make with the exercises.

Same problem here had flair ups for 3 year now. whenever I try to play any sports the pain and stiffness comeback everytime and I tried everything but still not fully recovered and what should I do I don't know I want to play sports and run again. What you do on the first week after taking his program please response

There’s cheap ones that fold online for your house. Nothing crazy but can fold it up against a wall and adjustable. Works mint

Hi mate recently found ur channel I’ve got a disc protrusion and have been told to do a Jefferson curl but when I do it I feel sciatic pain down my leg did u feel this when u started doing them and if so shoudl a carry on with them

I had l4-l5 disc bulge 2 years back And I have been training back extensions couch stretch elephant walks and almost everything you teach on dealing with a back pain I have drastically improved my flexibility and strength over time but still I am not a 100% pain free I still feel an irritating pain in my back almost most of the time sometimes I feel better but the pain is always there

May I recommend you change your diet and eat no processed food like white bread, white rice, white pasta, white potatoes, sodas, cookies, cakes, muffins, chips. Basically sugar in general and added sugars in your diet. Eat whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean protein and drink plenty of water and watch the inflammation in your body drop and your pain will go away a considerable amount.
