O boy, my shoulder was in pain since last week, every morning it's painful to just move the neck. It might sound ridiculous but I did 5 on each side just minutes ago without any weight, almost half the pain is vanished. Thank you so much. Please keep making these videos. More on upper body strength would be really great.

Honestly, it seems that blood flow is half or more of the process for physical health. I thought we needed to stress muscles with weight and intensity to strengthen them, but it seems that simply activating blood flow is more than enough for good health for the average person

I saw so many videos of yours lately and saved almost all of them! I have massive problems with my shoulders and chest due 2 lung surgeries I had as child. A lot of shortened or even cut muscles and damaged nerves around the thorax, one shoulder sits lower than the other, 3 damaged cervical vertebrae. I have to go to massages for the ribcage muscles regularly because they are always tense and sore. (only 56% lung capacity + severe asthma) Opening up my chest muscles to relieve my shoulders and upper back and to help me breathe is always exhausting and painful. Many of your exercises and stretches were brand new to me and I have to do them extremly careful because they get painful very quick. But damn you seem like a godsend prophet targeting all my mobility problems. Thank you!

Always keep it close to the body, there is a lot of risk involved in holding a weight at maximum internal or external rotation, I do this with 12 kg club and 16 kg kettlebell, staying close to the body yet never letting the weight touch your body is a key component of this exercise, in my opinion this exercise is best done with an unbalanaced weight like a clubbel or a 'gada' wilhich essentially is a a big mace.

Concise, actionable, clearly demonstrated and well presented. I particularly liked the fact that you took the time to mention a recommended minimum starting point in terms of weight. For a lot of people, videos like these can often be lost on them because they're left with the "what to do" and very little of the "how to do" or just as importantly, the "where to start". This short is the gold standard in practical demonstration in my opinion. Great job mate, keep it up ❤

That position in the first circle when the dumbbell is coming down from behind the head and pulls the arm from the elbow joint and tries to rotate the humerus outward is where arm wrestler say one can break their humerus with very little force (as little as 6 kg), resulting in a spiral fracture. So it might be advisable to be careful with that.
