I started carnivore this year because my niece has severe MS and went carnivore and it RADICALLY changed and improved her life. She is a different person. Her skin looks amazing her cognitive function has improved 1,000% and her MS symptoms have seen dramatic improvement. And she dropped 65 lbs to a size four. Btw, you look amazing!

You’re an inspiration - in so many ways. Who - when faced with a life limiting degenerative disease, moves up a mountain, off grid, shuns ‘modern medicine’ and pushes themselves to the limits of what any healthy person would think twice about? Honestly - you’re a hero and your story will inspire and give hope to so many others so please keep sharing and never feel like you’ve got nothing more to say. We love to hear from you and we all gain something from each of your videos. Much love from sunny Wales! X

A dear friend shared your video with me and after living with MS for the last 30 years I’m totally intrigued. I was diagnosed when I was 40 and have gone through the years of many medications and self injections, MRI’s and exasperations has left me pretty much settled into a life of being wheelchair dependent and Relapsing and Remissions. At 69 I still have many things I would like to experience but preferably out of my chair and moving around on my own on my own two feet. So I’m going to take a serious look into the diet. Wish me like 🤞

That’s an inspiring story. I’ve been eating only beef, lamb, fat for almost 2 weeks. Im feeling better in some ways but still fatigue a lot. I’m working on balancing hormones and healing thyroid. I’m confused if I need electrolytes or not. Lots of carnivore advocates say to take a lot of them. But a few say people don’t need them. I don’t like the taste of too much salt. A little sprinkle is fine for me. So not sure if increasing would help fatigue or maybe just wait until my body naturally balances out and heals more. Do you take electrolytes or eat salt?

I’m a carnivore for nearly four years. I didn’t take electrolytes at first, but a few months ago I started needing a caffeinated coffee in the afternoons to keep going because I felt I was flagging a bit. I’m a professional gardener. After a little while I started taking electrolytes, just one, two if it’s a hot day and drinking more water. It has made a good difference to me and so I intend to keep using them, one a day mainly, but a second if hot and drinking more.

@@marymayer4875 You can use spices and seasonings if you don't like plain meat, as long as you don't add sugar or artificial sweetenes. HELP! I have a sincere carnivore question for you and I have asked other carnivore friends on KZitem but so far, no one has answered me. so I did carnivore strict for three months last year. I’m age 51post menopausal . I’ve been diagnosed with different diseases that I won’t even mention here because I decree that I am healed in Jesus name. Anyway, my issue is this, and then I will pose my question; when I did the strict carnivore, I made sure I had plenty of fats and plenty of electrolytes. However, I still drug my butt every day at work and would have to go lay outside in my car. ALWAYS SO FATIGUED. After three months, I should have been well fat adapted. I’m a physical therapist in a nursing home so I have to have energy to lift on people. I would love to go back to doing carnivore strictly to get this inflammation out of my body, and to lose weight. however, I have to be able to have energy and I also need to be able to sleep because I couldn’t sleep on carnivore and it wasn’t because I had so much energy. I would not be able to sleep and was extremely tired. PLEASE, please, please give me any advice you may have. Thanks a bunches!

I hope you come back and read this answer. I am wondering if you have been tested for tick borne diseases. Lyme causes extreme fatigue and is often misdiagnosed for chronic fatigue. I'd start there. Drink only water. Are you still overweight? carrying around 50 or 100 extra pounds is very tiring and I would also look for Dr. Ken Berry here on youtube and maybe do a consult with him, he is based in TN. He has a lot of informative videos, I'd scroll thru and look for the fatigue, not being able to sleep thing. You might also try the keto diet which allows just a few carbs and some veggies. And no sugar in any form, ever, honey, etc. None of them are healthy. Good luck in your journey!
