One digital 45 minute video recording of an oral history interview with Bill Stutz of Olympia, Washington, then Victim Witness Manager for the State of Washington Department of Corrections. The interview was conducted on February 25, 2003 in Sacramento, California. During the interview Stutz talks about the challenges, failures, and accomplishments he encountered in the field. He also talks about continuing the field's growth and professionalism and his vision for the future of the movement. This interview is part of the Oral History of the Crime Victim Assistance Field Project, which was funded in 2002 by a grant from the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. It is one of many projects developed by Justice Solutions, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing rights, resources, and respect for victims and communities hurt by crime.
