I have to see more Javonte Barnes. I bet he could have had 200 yards if he was the starter. Gray played well but he dances around a bit much for my liking, doesn’t have that top end speed either. Would have liked to get the receivers more involved as well. Everytime Mims and Wease touched the ball it was a big gain. Defense played very composed. Didn’t give up one 30 yard play. The defense of years past had the snowball effect. Where if things didn’t go well, if kept getting worse and worse. This defense reset after each play and stuck to assignments. We got beat up on underneath routes all day but made the tackle shortly after they caught the ball. Also way better tackling, I only remember a few missed tackles. Overall, it was an exciting day and a great performance by the Sooners in Brent’s debut. Can’t wait to see how this season plays out, Boomer!

At the 10:00 10:01 mark maaaaan look at that pancake block Braden Willis put on that linebacker that's uncommon effort and you can tell he was hyped about it. You can literally hear him screaming about it then got louder when he seen Majors scored mainly off that block I LIKE THIS TEAM!!!!! BOOMER thus could be a special year no matter the record, thus year.I love just this the atmosphere the culture is going to attract top level talent and OU is going to be VERY elite going foward.
