Great information guys! Gotta take the Westfalia up in Northern BC. We agree that we needed to stay close this year but we did see a few new places. Maybe if you are around Sooke BC you could checkout the Sooke Pot Hills. We enjoy your content and wish you all the best for the Holiday Season. We shall meet again.

For those of us who are keen to return to Western Canada but are normally w-a-y far away (Arizona for us), these '5 Favorites' videos you do are quite helpful...and they sure get one busy on the internet, digging out more info. So thank you for them, and congratulations on your new sidekick, Fitch.

Thanks for this guys, great video. Northern BC is beautiful. I was born and raised up there and driven many of the highways over the years. Well worth that second visit for you! Welcome to Finch!! It must be destiny. Happy Holidays, stay safe, and I look forward to all your videos in 2022 🎄.

Our pleasure. We really enjoyed northern BC and are looking forward to future adventures there! BTW Finch had his third walk on leash; well, more like a few steps and ‘why am I doing this’, but a start. Thanks for watching and Wishing you the best of the Holiday season! 🎄🚐

wonderful addition to your family. we too enjoyed Summit Lake/Muncho campsites the month prior :) Our favourite Van Isle campsites have to be Loveland Bay Rec Site (west of Campbell River) and Shoen Provincial Park. Both are great paddling spots and the hike to the falls at Shoen is amazing. The best however, is Tombstone in The Yukon. Bere Point Park on Malcolm Island deserves honourable mention. Have a wonderful holiday, see you on the road!

Thank you so much for sharing all these videos with us. It’s good to learn where could I go camp in Canada soon. I reside in Washington state, and I love Canada. I drive a lot there and Airbnb be quiet a lot (pre pandemic) but I bought a pop up camper at the end of last year. Now I’m trying to learn places I could go and try in BC. As well as here in Washington. Thanks again and can’t wait to watch more of your videos. Luis

It only takes one trip into the north of BC, the Alcan Highway, Yukon, Northwest Territories to get the fever, right? Some folks need to go to Mexico once a year or Disneyland, for us its the Caribou, Chilcotin, anywhere in Yukon or Northwest Territories. We live in northern Vancouver Island and with our Teardrop trailer behind its over $150 ferry fare (one way!) and a full day just to get off the Island and into the mainland...so it had best be worth it, right? The most memorable for me? Leaving Dawson City and turning left up the Dempster Highway to the Arctic Circle and beyond to the Arctic Ocean. We've been back a couple of times but that first trip changed me as a human being and I'm a chop wood, cook meat, drink beer kind of guy, not a berries and twigs, in touch with my mantra type. Go, respect the people and the terrain and you will have the trip of a lifetime.

Yes, I think you summed it up for us as well...we can’t wait to go back! We met some other folks enroute who had also been on the Dempster (and returned with much of the mud on their vehicles) and spoke its praises as well. Appreciate the advice and wishing you the best of the season!👍

I enjoyed the videos from your northern BC trip so much, it was good to revisit a few highlights here. I love your festive decor in the background. Glad to see it didn’t take Finch long to settle in and claim the place as his own. I hope he takes to the leash training and becomes a great travel companion. Thanks for all your great content this year, I’m looking forward to next year’s adventures. Merry Christmas!
