As is typical of parent owls, the feedings are prioritized by which owlets are most likely to survive to adulthood. If all owlets in a brood are healthy (as appears to be with ours), parents will feed in order from oldest to youngest. In this series, the older two likely got the majority of the first feeding in episode 1, so this time it's all about feeding the youngest, Tuesday - who is a big eater, but still bites off more than they can swallow at times!
Since mom Mathilda spends most of this episode feeding Tuesday, along with Clem's refusal of some food and a possible attempt to feed Petunia behind the right trunk, we can presume that the two older siblings have had their fill for breakfast from that first feeding.
(Since the recording of this series around a week ago, all three owlets are still very active, eating voraciously, growing and doing normal owlet things. This would seem to validate that feeding order for this brood is based only on age without any apparent health issues.)
The episode ends with Mom trying to offer some food to Clem one last time. They show no interest so mom seems to drop it and then focus on what's next. (While little Tuesday grabs it and stashes Clem's refused morsel in their own pile for later! 😄)
What's next for mom was flying out of the nest to perch on a neaby branch since all her babies had enough to eat for the moment. This takeoff from the nest that morning was not recorded as I was looking for dad Ricky at the time.
But this does seem to be the current daytime pattern: She flies out of the nest to perch nearby throughout the day and dad may be a bit further away - or even a lot further away in the territory if everything is calm at the nest.

Thanks for watching! I'll be trying to bring everyone more owl posts but also other animal and nature videos as I get the non-owl content on my channel more organized. If there's something you'd like to see or questions about my videos please let me know in the comments. Happy Naturing! 🌿🌳🦉
