Thank you for this video. I do feel that each exercise goes too fast. This would be so much better, if each exercise was placed into its own video and we hold for the length required. I am guessing is a minute hold for each exercise as that was not stipulated. It is difficult to keep pausing the ipad in order to hold the stretch for a length of time before moving onto the next. I do appreciate the video though, thank you.

How long shall we hold the position, and how many times should we do a week?

Work you way up to holding the posture for 1 to 2 minutes, a few times a week.
