Mikaela Peterson did a Joe Rogan episode and that's how i figured out that oxalates were my issue. 25 years under MD Care and NO ONE could figure it out, at all. Even giving me pills I was actually allergic to. I think you should do some shorts on what oxalate dumping symptoms are like & how long they can last etc. I get angry, and the neuro divergency symptoms get really bad when i am dumping. Also My mother and grandmother both had the dumping symptoms, chronic pain and needed joint replacements. I did add boron to my regiment and it's helping my pain big time. I just cut out blackberries and I'm hoping i find even more relief tbh. I tell everyone about oxalates because of how intensely they have effected me my entire life.

The funny thing is this is WIDELY known in veterinary medicine but not in human medicine. Go figure huh? There's no money to be made by telling patients to avoid high oxalate intake. Even kidney doctors won't tell you.

I think I have it too. I have been on a lot of high carb, veggies and fruit, diets which likely caused it. It really pisses me off that the doctors know pretty much nothing about it. I have several autoimmune diseases, arthritis, and neuropathy for 20+ years. Thank God this is coming to light so others, including my children don't have to suffer like us!

@@jeffb321: It’s the dumping that can cause real problems, right after the accumulation does its damage. It’s really important to knock off just a small percentage of your normal dietary intake of oxalates, because if you cut out too many at once, the oxalates already in your tissues will start to be released into your bloodstream, which may feel great for a day or two or even five. But then you start getting damage when it starts binding with the minerals in your body, and this is very painful. So it’s important to either Limit the intake to begin with, or to take enough minerals for the blind with, if you need to take some, and if you already have it filled up in your body, to really do a controlled Reduction overtime, preferably with some medical supervision if you can get it. That’s about the only way you can dump your oxalates painlessly. This man does a particularly good video about that here somewhere. It’s well worth finding.

I started whole fruits and leafy greens juicing 10 years ago because of the commercials on TV promoting the nutri bullet, Vita mix and all this blenders and 4 years ago I developed a nagging pain on my right wrist but because it started happening while I was changing a tire in my car early in the morning I thought that it happened because I used too much force and hurted myself, but now I'm thinking that oxolates from juicing is probably what cause the injury .

The problem is that we're looking to get healthy by following all this diets that only work for a period of time instead of looking at what the Bible teaches about food, God gave Moses dietary laws for a reason because he created our bodies and knows what it needs, we should just follow the God diet given to Moses, God gave us a variety of meats we can eat and vegetables and fruits are part of our diet, but I'm sure in ancient days they were cooking most of this vegetables and men has perverted some of the foods that were healthy back then like wheat and dairy everything back then was natural, the mistake nutrition experts made was telling us that the nutritional value of raw leafy greens would increase eating it raw and now we're finding out that is not true, so in a nutshell eat a variety of natural real food, meats, vegetables and fruits and don't overeat because is gluttony and that is a sin and very unhealthy.

@@m007mm It does NOT take decades to flush oxalates out. More like weeks. The longest and hardest things to detoxify are heavy metals and parasites (in that order) for those with blocked detoxification pathways. It takes 3 months about to open up detoxification pathways, then with chelation iv therapy it can be months at most. If you do it through food, based on the studies I have read, it takes several years without targeted chelation. Absolutely nothing takes decades and decades to detox. The human body is far more powerful than that.

Salt and soy based products can lead to oxalate accumulation. One look at the modern diet and it becomes obvious. Unless you have a rare liver disease, I do not think its reasonable to assume oxalates are a result of the widespread symptoms described, for most people. You describe potentials but what of the causation that leads to the build up of excessive oxalate? It sounds like a stagnant body rather oxalates are terrible as displayed. Many very healthy foods have oxalates. Nutrition is about balance. Food for thought.
