I have many ozito tools, from dual battery lawn mower, whipper snipper, recip saw(payed $44 at a bunnings special) multi tool($44 at a bunnings special) blower drills and impact drivers I have 3 different impact driver models the model numbers are as follows 1. PXBIS-320 light work 2. PXBWS-340 medium work 3.PXBWS-400 heavy work So I can give my honesty review on each of the 3 impact drivers. 1. Is good for fasteners etc not really good for heavy stuff like lug nuts torqued to 100+lb. 2 is stronger than 1 but i found it still lacks the power for lug nuts. I mean it'll take them off IF torqued to spec but anything more it struggles. 3 is the big daddy and removes lug nuts effortlessly. If you're needing more power for bigger jobs then 3 is the way to go but if you dont then 2 will be just fine. Keep in mind 1 has a quick release for hex fittings and 2 and 3 have a 1/2inch fitting.

I have other ozito power tools they’re great but i saw this same impact wrench at bunnings and the guy in the tool shop was kind enough to put on a 19mm socket and bring it out to the carpark. My wheel nuts are torqued to 105 foot pounds. The ozito couldn’t budge them and we tried 3 different lug nuts. I have suspension bolts with higher torque settings so this tool was useless to me. Great video though 👍

@sammyboy, thank you! yeah I've heard similar stories. I just wanted to ask what size battery were you using? I only ask because I've heard that you get optimal performance if you use 5.2ah battery (have not seen any legit testing to prove this on this specific ozito impact wrench). If anything, the best thing is you got to try it out, and if anyones not happy with it, Bunnings (not paid to say this) are pretty good with returns on products. All the best.

@@hs-bk4xx im not sure what size battery but its the one that comes in the case with sockets when you buy the gun. True you can return it if it’s not fit for purpose but id rather have more power than I need 4wd have some hefty bolts. Im sure the ozito is fine for most jobs and you can’t go wrong on price

Battery can definitely make a difference (both size and remaining charge). There's other variables too. The tightest wheel nut I've been able to take off with my one was roughly 200nm. But then I've used it on smaller things and maxed out at lower torque ratings. I've actually done a video of it (and a follow up video). But if you're worried about it not having enough power definitely get a different brand with a much higher torque rating.

I am a car mecanic at home. I was worried first to buy this but, really want to buy as I already bought many garden tools and various batteries while on offers. Everytime I go to bunnings I go and stand infront of this and always thought what after buying this if it doesn’t even can remove my lug nuts. I tight them toomuch as I was a truck mechanic before and in a doubt I tight my car lug nuts very tightly…finally bought it last week and with 4Amps battery I tried to remove a nut and it did it with three hits….so I can say but this if you already have any products with Ozito…really they are amazing..sure many people will say “How much power this small thing got”🤔😜😂

@@nc6826 the most beautiful part of this is that you can return the item if it does not perform. Bunnings are very good at honouring these warranties.

Hi. Thanks for the video. Can you please include the model number? There are 3 Ozito 18Volt impact wrenches as far as I can see. It would make comparisons easier, and maybe explain the comments below about not being able to undo some wheel nuts. Thanks

model number : PXBWS-340 (only one impact wrench 18v on their webpage) its able to undo all wheel nuts in all of my cars. I was talking about how other people said it won't take off wheel nuts. which it obviously can. thanks for watching the video.

I bought this because I'm removing a gearbox for rear main seal. Couldn't do any of the bolts ☹️ it's kinda weird because I've seen other videos where this tool actually works fine (why I bought it)

yeah If the torque settings you are working are below what ozito is claiming it can work on, id either contact the, about it or return to Bunnings. they are very good with returns :)

Question! Why are you holding this one handed tool with two hands? 🤔

I honestly don’t know. Sometimes I hold it with one hand sometimes I hold it with 2. Sometimes with 4.

I was thinking to buy, and I already have 3.0ah battery 18v. Do you think it is enough for a wrench driver?
@hs-bk4xx

I use both 2ah and 5.2ah. no difference just the battery life. so 3ah will be fine

just to add, I have noticed though that for tighter stuff, I have not tested this officially, but bigger battery might help

Thank you for the reply! This weekend I bought the hammer drill driver and and wrench driver, both brushless. They are amazing, I tested and it releases the screws easily. I also bought a milwaukee box to fit them and It is now very organized

@@GregRickard Ryobi tools are pretty good too. can't go wrong with either of them especially given both of their good warranties.
