Thank you Jillian this was so very helpful. I have recently been diagnosed with type one, after years of living with type two. I will be travelling extensively internationally with work departing from Brisbane, Dublin, Edinburgh, London, Paris, Boston, NYC, DC. Your tutorial has taken away so much anxiety with travel from September to November 2024. Thank you 🙏🏽🌏🌍🌎

How do you fly with a tandem mobi and Dexcom g7

Hi! The same way I'd fly with the t:slim and the g6 (as I talked about in the video). I'd refuse to go through a full body scanner and request that my medical bag (with my CGM sensors) does not go through the x-ray machine. The pump can go through metal detectors, but has not been tested for the full body scanners, so I feel that its best to be safe with such expensive medical equipment. This will usually get you a full (and thorough) pat-down, but I'd say its worth it for your diabetes gear! I hope this helps!
