We were in Padstow the week before you and were looking forward to going back for Hobby Oss day but had to cancel due to the lockdown, maybe next year. I enjoyed your film as I have not done the Petherick walk and it was good to watch when it has been not easy to get out. As far as I know the windows and other features of the Abbey House were collected from various old derelict houses around Cornwall and incorporated into it. Great film, thanks, cheers.

Judging by last week (Jul 21st), the crowds are back in Padstow, en masse. All the shops are working really hard on compliance with the latest directives - the crowds not so. It was a fun day out though, but I would have seen more if I had watched your walk first! Lesson learned! Thanks again.

Lovely walk and not a cloud in the sky. I moved across the country to the mountains of western North Carolina about a month ago and haven't been able to hike much because so much has been closed down. I'll only be here a year or so and may not get to enjoy it all that much, but so thankful we are healthy. Stay safe guys.

All around my stomping ground. The former Southern region line, had a branch from Wadebridge that went to Bodmin North. It was the names that fascinated me. Where else could there be somewhere called Grogely Halt. Opened for anglers. We can't make it up! A link line, from Boscarne junction to Bodmin General, the Western region, travelled past the bottom of my mum & dad's garden. The last section to be kept open.

You mentioned from the gravestone about us being sinners. You are right the Bible tells us in Romans 3v23 that we have all sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. We are ALL born into this world as sinners because of Adam and Eves sin of eating the fruit of the tree God told them not to eat. The reason Jesus died on the cross was to free US from our sins and give us Eternal life. It costs us nothing. Simply believe it. Read John 3v16 in the Bible. It’s the Bible in a nutshell. I’m sure as you both do these beautiful walks for us to watch, you can see Gods creation everywhere around.
